FBX viewer
Look at an FBX without installing anything. Binary and text FBX (version 7+) both work.

Good to know
Printing an FBX character
- Convert it with FBX to STL. We read the file's unit, stand it upright and let you set the height.
- Check thin parts. Fingers, hair and weapons that look fine in a game are often thinner than a 0.4 mm nozzle can print.
- Expect supports. Arms and chins need them, and a base helps a figure stand.
About FBX files
FBX is Autodesk's format for characters and scenes. It carries meshes, materials, bones and animation, which is why games and animation tools use it.
We open FBX version 7 and newer, binary or text, and show the model in its saved pose.
How it works
- 1Drop a FBX file in the box.
- 2Drag to spin it. Scroll or pinch to zoom. Right-drag to pan.
- 3Read the size, triangle count and whether it's watertight in the panel.
Questions people ask
Checked October 2026
- Do my files get uploaded?
- No. Everything runs in your browser. The file never leaves your computer, so it works for client files and unreleased designs too.
- Does it play animations?
- Not yet. It shows the model in its saved pose, so you can check the mesh and its size.
